Finished Modular Homes can be supplied in two ways: factory-completed units for transport to site, or flat-pack components for site assembly. These finished modular units can also be discussed for rental cabins, staff accommodation, site offices, sales offices, reception rooms, small showrooms, and other commercial project spaces, depending on layout, configuration, destination, and local requirements. The confirmed quotation must state the delivery method, finished interior scope, appliance options if required, and buyer-side site work. Movable furniture and soft furnishings are not included.

Two Supply Methods
Factory-completed units or flat-pack / knockdown components for site assembly.

EXW quote can be prepared first. FOB or CIF needs destination port and loading details.
Project Orders
Suitable for rental cabins, worker housing, staff accommodation, farm stays, camps, site offices, sales offices, and repeat accommodation or commercial project orders.
Export Packing
40HQ loading and packing plan are checked after layout, component list, and quantity are confirmed.
Important scope note
Finished does not always mean fully furnished.
Finished means interior wall and ceiling finishes plus bathroom fittings under the confirmed delivery method. Movable furniture and soft furnishings are not included in the base quotation. Appliances are quoted separately only if required and confirmed in writing.

Finished Modular Homes can be quoted by exterior style, floor plan, wall panel, window package, and delivery method. Depending on model size and site plan, the order may be supplied as factory-prepared sections, completed modules, or knockdown components.

- Lifting, unloading, positioning, and site assembly are usually arranged locally.
Backyard Cabin Reference

Factory Display Reference
Reference for compact module body, wall cladding, door and window position, and factory-prepared finish.
Storage Shed Reference

Buyer-Side Scope
These items are normally handled locally unless included in the signed quotation.
Site Work
Foundation, ground preparation, local drainage, permits, lifting equipment, assembly or positioning labor, and final utility connection.
Local Compliance
Engineering review, local code approval, and permit documents should be checked by buyer or local consultant.
Not Included
Movable furniture and soft furnishings are not included. This includes beds, mattresses, bedding, loose chairs, loose tables, curtains, and decorative soft items.

Sales Office / Reception Unit
Commercial display unit reference for sales offices, reception rooms, site offices, or small showrooms. Final structure, facade, signage, utilities, and local connection are quoted by drawings and project scope.
Two-Storey Display Space
Commercial modular reference for reception, sales, showroom, or temporary business use. Stair, terrace, glass, and local approval requirements should be confirmed before quote.
